9th Generation Pty Limited possesses the unique mixture of both building and strata expertise.

It trades as CPS Project Management, offering building renovation and rehabilitation services for existing strata titled building and design and construction services for new buildings. It is a member of the Building Designers Association, the NSW Master Builders Association and supplier member of the Institute of Strata Title Management.

It is owned by 8th Generation Pty Limited and Hansrudi Jager.

  • Hansrudi (Jegi) is a qualified architectural draftsman and project manager with over 30 years of experience. He has won Building Design awards in Switzerland for adaptive re-use of centuries old buildings under the strictest heritage guidelines. As small villages became commercial centres, traditional buildings were required to fulfil different needs from their original design, while retaining their unique centuries old architectural and cultural character. These challenging projects are those that Jegi has excelled in.
  • Rebuilding of village buildings into multiple commercial premises, meeting today’s commercial operational standards and expense requirements;
  • Renovation and extension of farm buildings into apartment buildings, meeting privacy and modern accommodation needs as well as minimising ongoing maintenance expenditure constraints.
  • Redesigning and expanding of existing multi-story residential buildings to provide additional capacity on the same footprint while ensuring the building meets modern living requirements by inhabitants and meeting lower energy consumption and running cost targets.

Services Offered

  • Design and conduct a Building Renovation/Upgrade Programme for multi-storied strata titled buildings whether used for residential or commercial purposes.
  • Project Management from concept formulation to handing over the finished project, formulate scope of works, conduct tenders, selection of contractors, contract negotiation, contract administration, fault rectification.
  • Design a Building and Facilities Management Programme for your building and/or strata scheme, for implementation by your Executive Committee.
  • Review existing building Management Programme’s, including improvement of those programmes.
